The staff here is always very gracious and exceptional, plus the airport is conveniently just 0.5 miles away.

They let us check in early to accommodate an early arrival. The hotel was close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. Great breakfast in the morning with a nice variety. Pool and spa were a hit with everyone.

The room was well-appointed and reasonably spacious with a very comfortable bed, we stayed in all day.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, the hotel is situated right on a beautiful beach, and our room even had a bathtub.

The food was delicious, and overall, I have nothing but enjoyable memories from my trip.

First time staying here but liked the large and clean room. Hotel looked in nice order and breakfast was OK.

I was cold in bed, even when trying to increase the temperature in the room. There was no duvet on the bed - only summer sheets. This was early December.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The best aspects were the friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast had a great variety of options that satisfied everyone's tastes. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect. It was close to many restaurants and in a nice residential area with good places to eat nearby. We also appreciated that it was quick and easy to get to Grand Haven and the beach from the hotel.

The location is great for exploring the area, close to the mall and many restaurants. The rooms are new and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable.

It's the 4th/5th time of staying here, it's a comfortable hotel, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I prefer this hotel over any other in the area after visiting over the last 16yrs.

When we arrived it was snowing, not too hard but snowing persistently and obviously, people were walking it into the foyer and the floor inside was absolutely treacherous to the point I almost went flying as I walked in with a case and my wife nearly suffered the same fate but managed to stay on here feet. I'd have thought that the amount of times those conditions happen, the staff would know exactly what to do and make it safer.
